Accessible Transitions mission is to create awareness and to improve the quality of life for people with severe handicaps by providing what is needed in funding and services to give them access and options such as, but not limited to, wheelchair ramps, bathrooms, transportation, and outdoor modifications to accommodate their needs, and other adaptations to lesson restrictions on leading enriched lives.
